DanDan of Radnor
Radnor, PA
We worked with a design from Strada Architects to alter the concept and feel of a 5,050 square foot restaurant formerly occupied by a different restaurant. The renovation included the installation of new finishes, lighting, banquets, and kitchen upgrades. Removing a wall of windows and installing Solar Innovations folding glass doors allowed the existing dining room to expand to an outdoor patio. This is our fourth project with this client and second DanDan restaurant fit-out.
Sheraton of University City
Philadelphia, PA
By completing the renovation in three main phases (with a few sub-phases), we minimized construction disturbances and ensured the hotel could accommodate guests throughout the entire construction process. The tastefully refreshed updates occurred in the main lobby, reception area, business center, ballroom, conference rooms, ADA-compliant restrooms, common corridors, elevator lobbies, and the 20th floor club lounge. The unique social spaces utilized 21’ high custom laser-cut aluminum art-deco wall panels, five halo-style chandeliers (each 19’ x 7’), non-marring metallic paint, and custom-patterned carpet.

Inn at Penn

In total, the 43,000 square foot renovation included work on 6 floors, 240 rooms, and 4 elevator lobbies. All the while, daily hotel operations continued as usual and guests were free to enjoy their stay in University City. The project followed a meticulous and rigorous schedule, which was executed seamlessly. Working closely with the architect during the design phase facilitated quick decision-making. In the end, each room received upgraded finishes, including new flooring, lighting, paint, signage, and electrical work. New high traffic carpet, wall coverings, and over 100 sconces on each floor refreshed the hotel’s corridors. Uniquely designed elevator lobbies feature beautiful hand rubbed bronze chandeliers.
