Gardner/Fox worked with HOK and Strada Architecture to complete 125,000 sq. ft. of tenant fit-out at 3675 Market Street, Wexford Science & Technology’s newest addition to uCity Square, a 6.5 million square foot mixed-use community consisting of retail, residential, clinical, office, and laboratory space concentrated around an open-air public square.

Gardner/Fox recently completed the 15,000 sq. ft. renovation of Piazza Mazda of West Chester. The extensive project included the teardown and re-build of the showroom, incorporating the Mazda Brand’s new façade design, the “Jewel Box,” a customer lounge and service center, as well as the addition of a new service covered service drive.

Gardner/Fox completed the renovation of a healthcare suite in Philadelphia. The project took place over 3 phases to maintain the safety and comfort of patients. The scope of work consisted of the suite’s interior entrance, lobby, waiting room, reception, nurses station, medical offices, and restrooms, totaling approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of space.

Before moving into their new home, Gardner/Fox helped these homeowners update their builder’s grade kitchen and master suite to suit their modern style.

Gardner/Fox designed and updated this home’s master and third-floor bath, as well as the master bedroom. The first step in this renovation was enlarging the master bathroom by 25 sq. ft., which allowed us to expand the shower and incorporate a new double vanity.

Gardner/Fox’s own Brook Gardner completed this modern kitchen update in his own home with help from Gardner/Fox and Glenbrook Cabinetry.

This timeless renovation focused on creating functional spaces and better traffic flow on the first floor of a 1911 colonial style home. Combining the kitchen and dining room created an open-concept gathering space that increased traffic flow to the newly created spaces.
