One more year to go! In 1988 Gardner/Fox completed one of it’s first ever residential renovations (fun fact: we had to scan in the photos because they’re that old)! We constructed a full four-story townhouse with a garage in Center City! The project began as a 15 foot-wide vacant lot, full of trees and shrubs. After site preparation and design, we were ready to go to work. The new home, still only 15 feet wide, felt a lot larger than it looked. The residential area of home was complete with 3 bedrooms, two and half bathrooms and three fireplaces! Additionally, we included a rooftop deck for extra space, and a garage for storage.
