In 2001 Gardner/Fox provided design and construction services to complete multiple additions and renovations to this classic Main Line colonial home!

On the first floor, Gardner/Fox added an addition that expanded the family room and kitchen, and also created a breakfast room! On the second floor the master suite received a full upgrade and renovation. The final in home portion of the renovation was to the attic, with it’s conversion into 2 new bedrooms!

Outside, Gardner/Fox completed the construction of a new pool house with kitchenette, and the installation of an in ground pool!
