In 2004 Gardner/Fox designed and renovated a 3,000 square foot basement into an entertainment paradise! The completed basement included a game room, home theater, and custom oak wet bar! The finishing touch was the climate controlled exercise room, complete with a full wall of mirrors and built in T.V.
