What do you do when you have a beautiful pool, a lack of entertaining space, and two cars without a place to go at night? You build a pool house/garage of course! And that is exactly what Gardner/Fox designed and constructed for our clients in 2007.

The new mixed-use detached structure was designed to match the clients existing home, from the beautiful open-trellis to the windows and paint. Inside, the structure holds a kitchenette, bath, changing area, in addition to the two car garage. With the additional space on the second floor, the clients decided it would be the perfect spot for an all new media room.

Outside, Gardner/Fox created a custom built-in stone fireplace/grill, installed privacy fencing, and provided landscaping services to create the perfect summer retreat!
