With summer winding down it’s a good time to plan your fall home maintenance projects…. line up a painter for outdoor painting maintenance (or get set to DIY), seal the driveway, caulk around windows and doors, check door weatherstripping, clean exterior siding, aerate the lawn, get the chimney cleaned, check the flashing around your chimney, get your heating system serviced, check your outside lights and light timers….

You get the idea.  There’s probably plenty to do and the fall is a great time to get to it.
