After living in one condo unit for 15 or so years, the homeowners wanted a little more from their home sweet home, so they scooped up the neighbor’s unit when it went up for sale. Then they hired us, award-winning renovation firm Gardner/Fox, to guide them through the design and construction process. Here’s a quick look at what went down.
Entry Hall After Renovation – Wainscoting and crown molding add a touch of formality in the foyer. Scabos Travertine tiles from Gravena Tile grace the floor.
Custom cabinetry by Stimmel Design Works separates the kitchen from the dining room and offers storage and display areas.
Looking into the kitchen from the dining room. Before the renovation, this area was broken into three separate rooms: a galley kitchen (along the far wall), small dining room (in the middle), and study (where we’re standing now).
Dining Room After Renovation (Formerly the Study)

Hand painted tiles collected by the homeowners mix with limestone tiles in the wine niche for a custom look.
