Before the renovation, the kitchen and dining room were divided into two inefficient and awkward spaces. The renovation expanded the existing narrow kitchen into the adjacent dining room area. The removal of the dividing wall resulted in one large kitchen and dining area more suitable to modern living. The new kitchen acts as both a gathering place for the family and a functional work space. The renovation features custom wood cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large central island, hardwood flooring, and a combination of recessed and pendant lighting.
