Gardner/Fox completed the renovation and restoration of the United House of Prayer for All people located in Philadelphia. After a fire main break in the basement of the church, repairs were desperately needed to make the space usable again.

The basement reconstruction (as you can see below) included the basement chapel, social hall, offices, meeting rooms, and lavatories. Gardner/Fox also reconstructed the kitchen and installed all new commercial grade appliances.

Other portions of the renovation included the replacement of the HVAC system, replacement and upgrade of the electrical distribution gear, and replacement of the foyer tile stairs.

As for exterior upgrades, Gardner/Fox upgraded the facade, and replaced the main stairs.
