Your First Look: 3675 Market Street Floors 7 + 8

In an ongoing partnership with the UCity community and CIC, Gardner/Fox has completed the fit-out of floors 7 + 8 at 3675 market street.

The two newest floors are the latest additions to the CIC community, which provide flexible offices and co-op space for small businesses and start-ups in the heart of Philadelphia. With a wide range of rentable office sizes from a compact 40 sq. ft. to as large as 640 sq. ft., CIC presents a unique opportunity for small businesses, who otherwise would be unable to find real estate within the city. This is what builds the diverse population of tenants in their rapidly growing community, while additionally providing each business with expansion and collaboration opportunities.

The two newest floors are a continuation of our work with CIC, after outfitting 3 similar floors for them within the same building. Designed by HOK Architecture, each fit-out packs an impressive number of offices, meeting spaces, kitchens, and work pods into each, approximately 24,000 sq. ft., floor.

The ‘Jersey Shore’ themed 7th floor is outfitted with 60 offices, as well as huddle rooms, open offices, and conference spaces.

Each office is complete with framed glass walls to the main corridor, as well as self-locking doors. While the spaces are private to each tenant the use of glass walls helps the floor to feel open and provides most of the internally situated offices with a view of the city.

Conference Room

The kitchen is open to each tenant and offers food storage, coffee, and seating in a bright communal space.

In addition to the communal kitchen space, the floor offers a wellness area for breaks. When it’s time to return to work, they provide individual phone booths with data connection for privacy outside of the offices.

The 8th floor, which is decorated with a vibrant space theme, provides similar amenities and opportunities to the tenets on the 7th floor. In addition to offices and conference rooms, the 8th floor also offers a green podcasting room and team rooms.
