Willow Grove, Pennsylvania – Don Rosen and Rich Frankel, along with Audi corporate executives, celebrated the grand opening of their newest facility at Audi of Willow Grove. Rosen acknowledged his ten-year relationship with contractor Gardner/Fox and praised their commitment to completing each project on time and within budget.
The two-phase project consisted of dividing an existing 35,000 square foot auto dealership into two separate buildings with individual MEP and sprinkler systems. Interior renovations in phase two included 17,000 square feet of new showroom, service, sales office and customer waiting areas. The exterior facade features a 16-foot glass wall that wraps around the front and side of the showroom area along with an Aluca Bond™ decorative aluminum paneled wall system.
The building separation will facilitate operations between the two auto manufacturers housed within a single dealership. All work was coordinated with Audi corporate representatives in Michigan and California.
