Before the addition, the rear of the home opened to a decent-sized rear patio, but lacked character and depth. Plus, there was a big empty space for the pool that the family really wanted. The addition of a wrap around porch increased the family’s lounge space and provided an inviting escape overlooking the lush backyard and brand new pool. Ceiling fans and a fireplace extend the family’s porch season almost year-round. The corner gazebo and standing seam metal room add a ton of charm to the previously bland elevation. A bit of stonework, a waterfall feature and professional landscaping complete the look.
