South Wayne, PA – The architect maintained the existing building structure and footprint, except for the addition of a new attached 3-car garage. The existing 1-story 1990’s low-pitch sunroom addition was kept and overframed. A new attached 3-car garage became part of the renovation program when the existing free-standing 3-car Carriage House was converted into in-law/nanny accommodations.
