After living in one condo unit for 15 or so years, the homeowners wanted a little more breathing room, so they scooped up the neighbor’s unit when it went up for sale. The two unites were then stitched together. The existing kitchen, dining room, and study were gutted and the walls of the dining room removed to create one large connected kitchen and dining room. The existing study was relocated to another portion of the condo. Custom cabinetry separates the dining room from the expanded kitchen.
