Southern New Jersey – As part of a larger home renovation, the existing pool house was torn down and rebuilt. The new 1,400 square foot pool house complements the architecture and site lines of the main house and also functions as a small guesthouse. The structure features a full kitchen, living room, den/office area, bedroom, bathroom, and a new attached garage.
