Wayne, PA – The goal of the addition was to create an area where the family could gather and relax and enjoy the outdoor season. The solution: a sunroom addition connected to a deck  and stone terrace. Stain and scratch resistant Azek decking and railing was selected for the project because it performs well overtime and under pressure. All decking and railing materials are mold and mildew resistant and impervious to moisture and insects. A high ceiling makes the space open and airy, while a ceiling fan keeps things cool.
