A new corporate office is on its way to the Philadelphia suburb of Paoli: Universal Atlantic Systems (UAS) headquarters. Team members from UAS, Ballinger and Gardner/Fox kicked off construction at the official groundbreaking ceremony on November 4.
Construction of the 52,000-sq.ft. headquarters will follow an aggressive 24-week schedule and include offices and a central station. The facility will have redundant backup power, open work stations, flex space, executive offices and a 2-story clear canyon view.
From left to right, Gardner/Fox president Brook Gardner, UAS VP Bruce Greenbaum, UAS owner Scott Elkins and Ballinger architect Todd Drake kicked off demo by hammering through a facility wall. Todd Drake of Ballinger is the key architect involved in the renovation.
UAS is a national provider of integrated security services protecting over $15 billion in commercial assets for a diverse client base including food service providers, convenience stores and retailers.
