The Gardner/Fox team removed a bedroom & two bathrooms to renovate a walk out basement in a four year old Villa Nova home. The architect worked with the homeowners to create a renovation plan that included relocating a powder room & bar to create an entertainment room that runs the entire length of the basement. A sitting area and plasma television occupies the center of the space with a billiards table, adult lounge, wine cellar, & complete home theatre. The basements main attraction is the addition of the adult lounge consisting of cherry paneled cigar room with a smoke eater, and barrel vaulted stone wine room.
