Back in October, 2009 a major fire hit Bullen Chemical‘s packaging warehouse and offices in Folcroft, PA. The offices were renovated immediately but the fire-damaged warehouse has remained inoperable.

Gardner/Fox will provide construction management services to build a new warehouse within the existing footprint. New finishes will freshen up the exterior and visually connect the new with the old. When we’re done there, Bullen can focus on what they do best – formulating liquid products from dog shampoo to aircraft cleaners to materials customized to client specifications.
