We’re wrapping up construction for TruMark Financial bank on an existing retail pad site in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The project began with the demolition of the former bank building including the reinforced concrete vault structure.
Construction of the new 2,600 sf credit union building includes new reinforced concrete slab on grade built upon the existing foundations, a wood and steel frame structure, a patented simulated brick exterior from Brickote, standing seam metal roof, clearstory glazing, and aluminum storefront.
Site amenities included upgraded fire sprinkler, gas, water, and electric services, new concrete walks and curbs, landscaping, and paving. The interior will be finished with porcelain tile, cherry millwork, suspended cloud and soffit ceiling elements, pendant lighting fixtures, and glass office partitions. A cash counter, ATM, safe, and a pneumatic tube system for the drive thru were also included in the construction.
