Located at 37th and Market St, University City’s newest cafe combines coffee with printing and design services.

Gardner/Fox provided construction services to fit-out the 2,000 square foot cafe. It includes a barista with retail sales of prepackaged DiBruno Brothers food and cheeses, high definition projection screens, graphic designer work area, and lounge. Construction included new mechanical systems, LED lighting on a Lutron dimming system, small commercial prep kitchen, Level 5 and Goo Systems projection walls, 1/2″ thick full height frameless glass entry doors and vinyl plank flooring.
