Before the renovation, any mouse residing in the foyer of this Philadelphia townhouse was subject to the dust and darkness of life in between the studs. But no more! Following the homeowner’s specifications, Gardner/Fox construction site manager Tim Bowers put together a battery powered lighting system that would sit adjacent to the mouses’s new digs. The structure of the home was built and the interior painted a soft yellow, with white crown molding. The home was then furnished with a bed, rocking chair, piano and fireplace. A nice rug underfoot – er paw – keeps the tootsies toasty on cold winter nights.
