This month we are bringing you Mr. Bill Walker! Although he is relatively new to the GFA crew (3 years), he has made quite an impact in his role as Director of Business development and Commercial Pre-Construction Services. He works closely with our commercial clients to help find solutions for their construction needs, as well as heads up our marketing and development teams.

His background in construction and earlier experience working with a commercial construction firm in Lancaster, PA, makes him a valuable member of our team. He brings insight and knowledge that help our clients to see the different possibilities their projects can offer.

Although he is often out meeting with clients, Bill is always working hard and gaining insight on how to take Gardner/Fox to new levels. In his free time he enjoys reading about different businesses, how they  operate, and reaching out to other colleagues and companies to learn about their work.

He enjoys his time off, spending it with his wife, Cora, and his three children, Matt, Tom, and Alli. They enjoy hiking, barbecuing, and other outside activities, like yard work (just kidding, Bill has teenagers to do that). One very interesting fact about Bill, which his children recently brought to his attention (and asked him to stop), is that when they go on hikes, he picks up trash along the way.  He likes to think that picking up at least one piece each time will help the park look nicer.
