Despite the winter weather, excavation continues along the south side of the lower level with soil being stockpiled along the north side of the property to be used for backfilling the foundations later. The concrete crew is setting forms and rebar along the east wall and pouring footings along the east and south walls in advance of the foundation walls in the coming weeks. The fence crew is busy in the background setting approximately 1,000 lf of cedar privacy fence along the property lines.
