Gardner/Fox is working with Strada Architecture to complete the interior fit-out of approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of office, classroom, and computer laboratory space on two floors in 3675 Market Street. This space would serve as the new home of Drexel’s College of Computing and Informatics, leveraging the proximity of adjacent commercial tenants within the Science Center campus for strategic partnerships, cooperative employment opportunities and, commercial ventures.

The new classrooms will be flexible active learning spaces with flexible seating, and audiovisual systems to support the University’s learning pedagogues. The use of a communicating stair, architectural glass walls, gathering spaces, and areas of open ceilings will provide a space conducive to collaboration and teamwork.  Drexel CCI makes the perfect new tenet addition to 3675 Market Street’s bustling community of innovators and educators.
