Gardner/Fox recently broken ground on two exciting projects in University City. The first project, The Inn at Penn, consists of updating all 400 of the guest rooms as well as the common areas and corridors.

The second project, The Sheraton Philadelphia, includes a complete renovation of the banquet facilities, meeting rooms, lobby and Club Room.
