We recently wrapped up an exciting project that involved constructing a brand-new detached structure designed to elevate the homeowner’s lifestyle. This addition features a fully equipped home gym, complete with a kitchenette and a full bathroom to provide functionality. The outdoor space received equal attention, with upgrades that extend the home’s living area into the backyard. We added a spacious patio off the kitchen and deck, perfect for entertaining or relaxing outdoors. A charming stone walkway now connects the driveway to the new gym and patio, providing easy access for the homeowners and any guests. To finish it off, we designed a dedicated hot tub area, creating a peaceful spot for relaxation, even during the colder months.
