Main Line BMW is temporarily located in a renovated showroom while their new facility is built nearby. To accommodate the new showroom, we gutted the interior of the circa 1950s structure, infilled the former basement, re-framed the support structure for the roof with new steel beams and columns, upgraded the façade with paint and EIFS and a new EPDM roof with 3″ ISO insulation.

The renovation included new mechanical and electrical systems, new interior finishes and a new storefront.
