The complete gut renovation of an existing facility made up of several additions built over the past 100 years resulted in a new service floor, in-floor exhaust, lifts, alignment racks, high intensity lighting, high speed doors, an oil distribution system, a waste oil heating system and a new air-conditioning system for the service area. The parts department was completely gut renovated and finished with new service counters, high density parts storage and an automated tire storage rack. The exterior was resurfaced with Alucobond panels and an EIFS finishing system.
