Mani/Pedi anyone? We are pleased to report that Sage & Grey Nail Salon of Radnor is now open and ready for business.

Gardner/Fox provided design and construction services to complete the interior fit-out. It included re-routing plumbing, building a new waxing room, coordination and installation of furniture (manicure tables, pedicure chairs, and drying stations). New electrical service was required for all of the stations as well as new electric/water/sewer for the pedicure chairs. Behind the scenes, we installed a new, larger hot water heater as well as a washer & dryer. A fresh coat of paint throughout finished off the space.
