Integral Molecular has expanded operations from the Science Center’s Port business incubator to 10,000 square feet of custom-designed, state-of-the-art lab and office space at 3711 Market Street. Integral Molecular develops new drug candidates that focus on cellular and viral membrane proteins.

Gardner/Fox provided construction services to complete the fit-out which included new mechanical, electrical, and lab waste plumbing systems, baked enamel lab casework and chemical resistant counters, an autoclave, a glass washer, deionized and reverse osmosis water systems, piped medical gas, systems furniture, and a conference center.
