This month’s project spotlight is the perfect crisp, clean, contemporary kick off to the new year! After completing multiple renovations to update their 1960’s home, our clients decided to bring their master bathroom into the 21st century!
To fulfill our clients’ wishes we needed to include extra storage space and an expanded shower. Our interior designer, Susan Gracki, completed this look by using contemporary pieces and finishes.
The first task was to create the square footage necessary to build our client’s luxurious new shower. Our design merged our clients master bath with a seldom used, adjacent, linen closet. This allowed us to expand and provided the perfect space to create a new alcove shower.
The new shower is complete with a niche and shower bench. From the accent wall of herringbone Persian White Pulido wall tile to the mini hexagon shower floor the shower, the shower is subtly detailed. One of the unique features is the Steel Timber wall tile, with a natural texture to downplay the industrial style floating vanity.
The modern mounted vanity pulls double duty, fulfilling our clients need for storage, as well as personal sinks! The sleek design and cabinetry color accentuate the Persian White Pulido floor tile.
The finishing touch to this space is the stunning pendant lighting. These unique pieces from Elan are made from bubble filled crystal.
