The first phase of our Audi dealership renovation in Millburn, New Jersey, is officially complete! If you need a refresher about the overall project, click here. Phase 1 included the new construction of a 2-story, approximately 22,000 square foot, service and storage facility.

The base of the new structure acts as a covered storage for new inventory and vehicles awaiting service. The newly built service facility on the second floor provides Audi’s technicians with a clean workspace, more service bays, and 15 hydraulic lifts. The building also includes a parts delivery elevator and additional parts storage. With their new facility, this dealership will be able to provide more of their customers with efficient and exponentially faster service, as well as an expanded inventory.

We are currently working on phase 2 of the project, which focuses on the renovation of the existing dealership. The overall goal is to create a space that will leave customers with a memorable experience in a facility that aligns with Audi’s modern image. The project includes a dramatic update to the exterior facade and modern update to the facility’s interior style. More specifically, the updates include the expansion of the original showroom, the construction of additional offices for sales and meetings, and an upgrade to the original service facility. To provide customers with the best possible experience, the renovation will also include an expanded reception space, updated waiting area, children’s room, and covered service drop-off.
