The University City Science Center developed an innovative meeting space at 3711 Market Street, a building designed for start-up companies in University City. The clubhouse is designed to accommodate presentations and programs to help the guide the Philadelphia entrepreneurial community.

The architecture, completed by UJMN Architects, adopts characteristics of an urban loft with flexible spaces that can be expanded or divided for large and small gatherings.
