Upon acquisition of this late 50’s style, 6,000 square foot ranch home, the owners requested an update that would reflect their own lifestyle patterns and tastes, which included spending time outside golfing. The 3-acre property was located in the midst of a prestigious and world renowned golf course, resulting in spectacular views and sites.

Consequently it was very important for the new design to highlight the landscape of the surrounding golf course. Gardner/Fox demolished the 80 year old ranch, and built a new custom home on the existing foundation.
