This timeless renovation focused on creating functional spaces and better traffic flow on the first floor of a 1911 colonial style home. Combining the kitchen and dining room created an open-concept gathering space that increased traffic flow to the newly created spaces. A small 100 sq. ft. addition provided room for a new wet bar, pantry, and mudroom, each with elegant finishes that enhance overall functionality. A portion of the previously unfinished basement was converted to a recreational space, which includes an entertainment area and powder room.
