The 54,000 square foot fit out required the installation of new mechanical systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC as well as three commercial sized generators, a climate controlled server room and more than two miles of data cable. The design included two floors of open work spaces, conference rooms, private offices, training rooms, employee lounges, warehouse space, and multiple areas for employees to gather and collaborate.
