Chester Springs, PA – The first steel is raised at the site of a new facility for  non-denominational Vineyard Community Church located in Chester Springs. Church plans include a Christian Day Care center that will be open to members and non-members. Construction includes site work, a completely new structure, MEP (Mechanical, Electric, Plumbing) and finishes. The project is scheduled for completion in September 2007.
