We are delighted to announce that Lance Losey has joined the Gardner/Fox team! Lance will be a part of our residential division, as a Sales & Pre-Construction Consultant, which includes networking, meeting with potential clients, and working directly with customers. Lance brings a wealth of knowledge & experience with him and will be a valuable asset, not only to us, but more importantly, to our customers.  He comes from a background in real estate, home building, and residential remodeling and design.  He will put this experience to use helping our clients visualize their ideas and plan their project.

Lance is a lover of all things home, “I want to help people make their home as comfortable, enjoyable, intimate and interesting as possible. I love all different kinds of design and how those designs are brought to life through the construction process.  I realize that each home and each client is unique and am excited to work with all of them, helping bring their vision to reality.”

Lance attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Interior Design and plans to complete his degree in Architecture at Drexel University. Lance also notes that he has long been an admirer of Gardner/Fox and what we do.
