In April, Wexford Equities  high tech marketing center opened up in the Science Center at 3711 Market Street in Philadelphia. Gardner/Fox provided construction management services to fit-out the office center.

The architecture completed by UJMN Architects includes glass walls, flat panel monitors and an aircraft cable graphic display system. The architectural features exemplify the high tech nature of the building and the tenants it attracts.
