A case in point. We recently got a call from a client that we worked for 3 years ago. Turns out the client was going to have some electrical work done and their electrical inspector wanted a detail changed around their electric panel. The need for the change was debatable, but we made the change which satisfied the inspector. We then received a nice note from our client saying “Thanks again. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the fact that you stand behind everything.”

Obviously, we loved getting the note and truly appreciate our client taking the time to recognize our work. The lesson for all you folks out there considering a remodeling project is to be careful selecting your remodeling team. You want to work with firms that have the integrity, and the longevity, to stand by their work.
