An interesting, although not surprising, recent article in the Wall Street Journal comments on how it’s a good time to do home renovation projects. We agree. Labor and material prices are definitely down and subcontractors can be more easily scheduled. We also agree with some of the warnings the article refers to…focus on value, not price and make sure you are dealing with a qualified renovation contractor.
