Gardner/Fox recently completed renovations to the Piazza Mazda dealership in West Chester, PA. Here’s a look at the completed project and all of the dealership’s dynamic new features!
The dealership’s new facade is the first upgrade customers will notice upon arrival! With new signage and its modern appeal, the facility is easily recognizable to first-time customers stopping in for a test drive! The easily accessible (and discernable) service drive for customer vehicle service is complete with fast opening garage doors and lights to show which lanes are open. Last but not least, the showroom’s two stories of storefront windows allow drivers on the road a peek at the dealership’s latest luxury vehicle in the new Jewel Box.

The facility’s new showroom stands at 4,500 sq. ft., expanded 1000 sq. ft. from its previous size. With modern finishes, warm wood accents, and plenty of natural light from the two stories of storefront glass, the new space offers customers a much more aesthetically pleasing experience.
More than just looks, the showroom offers many more features than before! First and foremost, the Jewel Box!
This two-story space allows the dealership to showcase Mazda’s beautiful designs, captivating customers from both inside of the facility and out. The hydraulic lift installed right inside the showroom will also allow the dealership to showcase even more inventory on the floor.
One of the more convenient qualities of the showroom is its open floorplan, which features consultation desks, a reception area, and sales offices, all in close proximity to the dealership’s inventory.
The glass-enclosed sales offices offer customers privacy during purchase. Additionally, the transparent design perpetuates the open feel of the facility, as does the second-floor viewing deck, which overlooks the sales floor. The viewing deck provides access to additional sales and management offices.
The new customer lounge offers guests plenty of seating and refreshments to ensure a comfortable stay during vehicle service.
Towards the back of the dealership, in full view of the service drive for easy accessibility, is the new service reception desk. With a larger, dedicated area for service, employees will help more than one customer at a time, providing much faster and efficient service.
The new service drive offers customers an easy and comfortable drive-up location to drop off their vehicles for service. Safe from the elements and undistracted by the bustling street traffic or the noise of the service shop, customers will be able to meet with a service professional and describe their vehicle maintenance needs. In addition, the fast-lift garage doors mean faster and more efficient pick-ups and drop-offs.
Last but not least, upgrades during the renovation to the dealership’s service facility provide employees with larger bays, new flooring, and brighter working conditions.
